If you are a new user, it can be helpful to read through the help pages first, as well as search the forum before you post.

A couple of pointers to remember when posting to the forum:

• Make the title as specific as possible. Titles such as "Problem" give others no description of what might be going on.
• Post a link to the wiki where you are experiencing the issue, as well as details about your browser and operating system if appropriate.
• Sign your posts. That way respondents know who they are talking.
• Be nice! This is a community with users of all different abilities, so be respectful when both asking and answering questions.
